Warranty

The Deck Company of America stands behind our work with a 2-Year Craftsmanship Warranty and a 10-Year Structural Warranty on all our decks. Please note that material warranties are covered exclusively by the manufacturer. For more details, view the information below outlining the expectations for treated wood decks.

2 Year Craftsmanship Warranty

The Deck Company of America is committed to addressing any deck issues directly related to craftsmanship. However, issues caused by material defects or natural occurrences—such as warping, shrinking, or cracking—are not covered under our warranty and will not be repaired at the company’s expense. This policy applies to decking, stairs, and rails.

10 Year Structural Warranty

The Deck Company of America will repair or replace any structural issues not related to material defects. This coverage applies exclusively to the framework and supports.
